The voting rights of KP Invest Beteiligungs GmbH in KTM Power Sports AG that may be exercised indirectly through CROSS Industries AG therefore exceed the thresholds of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%, 40%, 45% and 50% (number of voting rights: approximately 50,0469%; 5.059.247 shares). |
