| As the date of the Supervisory Board meeting has been changed, publication of the results for the 2008-09 fiscal year originally scheduled for November 12, 2009 has been postponed to November 19, 2009. |

The Annual General Meeting has therefore also been rescheduled from December 4, 2009 to December 18, 2009.
The FMA and Vienna Stock Exchange have already been notified of the changes in dates.
